Twigs – Alive!

“It is the still ecstasy of nature, wherein every spray, every blade of grass, every spire of reed, every intricacy of twig, is clad with radiance.” – William Sharp
A bunch of twigs and everything is ready for dead nature to come to life: animal and human-like sculptures, abstract hidings, fairy tales of the most spectacular mind creations. The sculptures last as long as it takes for things to fall apart…
Tree Hugger Project – by Agnieszka Gradzik & Viktor Szostalo
The Tree Hugger Project is an ongoing work of Environmental Art designed to help us rediscover our relationship with nature at a very personal and intimate level. Made from twigs, branches, sticks, wines and other natural materials, these playful sculptures remind us that we humans are still very much a part of our natural surroundings.

TWIGS Gardens - random art in Swindon, Wiltshire – therapeutic work in gardening for people of all ages.

Branch Art – by Patrick Dougherty
Twisted Logic, Arboretum, Childhood Dreams, Trail Heads, Sitting Pretty and Stand by me are just some of his interweaving branches and twigs, strange and marvellous installations.  Combining his carpentry skills with his  love for nature, Patrick Dougherty’s art is more like magical. Using pmitive techniques of building and tree sticks as construction material, he began with small works and moved in time to monumental and massive sculptures depicting human feelings, rare thoughts and wonderland homes.  His website: Stickwork.
